N° 4 Fine Bond Maintenance – Shampoo

This is my first time buying, I loved it after the first try but the labeling looks extremely cheap and it's falling off already! They need to update the labeling please and then I'll rate it 5 stars

The Shampoo My Hair Was Begging For

Awful product for my hair

I received the shampoo and conditioner for fine hair and it is horrible. It definitely gives more volume but I can’t even comb through my hair it’s a tangled mess. I’m losing more hair everyday. I’ve been using Olaplex products for years and love them but not this one. I bought the large bottle and now I’m going to have to toss it out it’s horrible.

No super greasy

The product smelled amazing but I have fine thin hair and every time I use my hair is weighed down, greasy feeling, and looks flat. I’ve tried over and over and same results. My hair by the end of the day looks like I haven’t washed in three days.haven haven’t washed it

I've used Olaplex products for several years now and I have never been disappointed - until now. I've loved everything I've tried so far, and I was so excited to see the fine hair version come out! I was so confident that they would be great products that I bought the 1 liter sizes of both shampoo and conditioner. Imagine my surprise that after washing and conditioning, I couldn't even get a VERY wide-tooth comb through my hair; it was such an astonishingly tangled mess. There is no way I can continue to use this version of the shampoo and conditioner - I'd lose so much hair just trying to detangle it. I hate giving negative reviews, but I'd strongly recommend trying a sample or buying the smallest size possible before going full bore like I did.

Really improved my hair

This shampoo cleans my fine hair really well without drying it out. It gives a fresh, light feeling and helps my hair feel thicker after a few washes. It’s gentle but effective, and I love that it doesn’t weigh my hair down or make it greasy quickly. My scalp feels clean and healthy every time.

Stripped Hair Color

Have fine hair and was excited to use this product. After first use, it stripped my color noticeably. Did give some volume but dried my ends.

Must have if you have fine hair

I have fine wavy hair with oily scalp and I’ve tried numerous shampoos and conditioners thinking they would suit my hair type but in vain. When olaplex came with this new line I knew I had to give it a shot and see what the craze is all about. Omg I am just obsessed it gave me super voluminous hair and my hair didn’t feel oily even on day 3 which is a major thing for me as I tend to get oily on Day 2. I followed this with the same conditioner line and I am just obsessed. This shampoo is gel like and has a citrusy fragrance which isn’t overpowering and the conditioner is just the right consistency which is just perfect for fine hair. I don’t like heavy conditioner which makes my hair greasy, this isn’t like that. It nourishes the hair without making it oily. Highly highly recommend it for fine hair.

Leaves hair light and airy.

My hair type is fine and wavy and I found a lot of products tend to be too heavy in my hair and end up weighing down my waves but I did not have that problem with this shampoo. I loved the texture of this shampoo and how well it lathered up with just a quarter sized amount of product on my palm and a little water. It made my hair and scalp feel clean. I also noticed that it seems to be giving the top of my head more volume than normal which is a bonus for me. I can't really tell if it is also making my hair 2x stronger like it claims or not but I did notice that it does seem more hydrated and not as dry as it usually is. It also had a great fresh scent that was also slightly fruity/ slightly herbal and overall I really liked the way it made my hair feel and smell.
