I've reordered this palette 3 times now. The colors are really natural while creating the contouring I want. I like that I can do a darker bronzer on the lower half of my face and a lighter bronzer on the top half. The matte highlighter is great for under my eyes and my forehead, while the shimmer is best on my cheekbones.

Best Contour Shade

This is by far the best contour shade I've ever found! Most contour shades are too grey or too warm. This is just right! I also love the lighter highlight in this--so gorgeous! Wish I could just buy these two items individually.

Oldie but GOODIE!!

I pulled this one out last month and couldn't believe that I had forgotten about it. I went through the reviews, also surprised they still sell it, not due to lack of quality, but because of the nature of the fast fashion of makeup. I was also surprised pleasantly that new customers have gotten this into their hands somehow and have appreciated the quality just as much as we did all those years ago when this face palette launched. So many oldschool YT videos.... Smashbox is just that classic brand that customers can rely on instead of the newest viral trendy cashgrabs. This is beautiful, period. It's the perfect tones and as someone with a neutral undertone, I can utilize all shades in the light palette. Beautiful silky powders that blend and build smoothly. Great purchase that still holds up.

Great buy for a beginner

Absolute MUST!!!

This is my second refill of this product and I love it. I have several other bronzers-Patrick Ta, Hourglass, and this palette has everything that you need all in one. I could've saved so much money by just getting this instead of all the others. It's a great for everyday makeup . I feel like I've been on vacation everytirm I put it on!!

Dummy-proof palette

I am just starting out my makeup journey and this palette is sooooo easy to use! Shades are awesome, turned out really good :)

I love the product but oooohh boy the packaging is very very rough. It’s made of like- paper? And the two flaps (mirror and makeup part) are connected by a material that wears down and can even rip with enough bending. The cover wears down and the art comes off of it and it overall just ends up looking really bad. I’m not a savage and I just throw it in my bag most days if I wanna use it to touch up, it has no durability.

I think this is my first ever Smashbox purchase and I am loving it. I have not done any contouring or much highlighting so this has been fun to play around with. I bought it for an upcoming international trip so I love how it has so many options in the palette. It is also a decent size but totally packable. I was impressed with the card it comes with so I know what to use and where. I had no idea I had so many options for my face and the colors aren't over-the-top so when I apply them, it doesn't look like I'm a made up mannequin. I think the only other face product I will take with me is a favorite blush that is better for day time. The one on here is fine, but more for evening on my skin (white). I learned about it on the Beautiful and Bothered YouTube show I watch every week (also a podcast on Spotify). Johnny and Kevin liked this product and I would never have discovered this palette if not for them. I trusted their brand advice, too, and glad I did as I have mature skin and was leery of Smashbox having brighter colored makeup than my face can handle. So glad I made this purchase!
