My Way Ylang - Eau de Parfum

A GREAT intro to fruity floral fragrances

THIS fragrance !! So I’m not a floral fruity girl at all! I definitely lean more towards deeper more gourmand scents ! And this was definitely an eye opener for me lol I need to venture out ! Beautifully blended notes and the packaging is like the usual “My Way” fragrance line ..nothing special. For the amount of wear time …I’d say it could be priced at a lower value ONLY because it sat on my skin for three hours before it became a skin scent and that’s not what I usually like 👍🏽

Fruity, Floral, and Fresh

I’m not usually a fan of floral scents, but this perfume is definitely an exception. The key notes are ylang ylang, coconut, and vanilla. This perfume has a very a bright and fresh scent, reminds me of a nice, tropical, summer day. Upon the first spray to the skin, there’s a fruity, mango scent. When it dries down, the coconut and vanilla scents really come through. This perfume is perfect for day time, especially in the spring and summer. It isn’t too strong that it would start giving you a headache, but it isn’t weak either where it would wear off. The scent lasts a very long time, and is a perfect balance of all the notes. I’d definitely suggest trying this fragrance, even if you’re someone who reaches for warmer, muskier scents, like myself; it definitely has the potential to change your mind.

Perfume or vacation in a bottle?

This smells like a piña calada!! Perfect scent for spring, summer or anytime you want to feel like you’re on vacation! The bottle is beautifully designed. It’s at a great price point too. One spray will last you all day.

Absolute favorite!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is such a beautiful perfume! I’ve had a few other perfumes from My Way line and this one is now my absolute favorite! So light, almost tropical fruity scent, yet very elegant! It stays on for a moderately long time and has a light sillage which is perfect for a spring/summer fragrance like this! I’m happy to add it to my perfume collection!

Perfect scent for lifting your mood

Bright, juicy mango + coconut vibes meet elegant ylang ylang and creamy vanilla bourbon. It’s playful, fresh, and warm all at once. Plus, the coral-toned bottle is stunning! Perfect scent for lifting your mood and making a statement. I really like the color of the bottle too. Highly recommend!

My Way Ylang is a pleasant change from the origina

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] As someone who is a huge fan of floral fragrances, My Way Ylang definitely hits the spot. It’s fruity, it’s fresh, and it’s a great warm weather fragrance. For me personally it’s a huge upgrade from the original. It’s sweet and fruity upon first applying with the mango and coconut notes but settles nicely into the Ylang. This fragrance does have strong silage in that if I apply it, I cannot get into a car shortly after or I will get a headache. But if I’m walking somewhere or with the windows rolled down it’s pleasant to wear. This will remain in my summer rotation though. In terms of longevity, this is not a full day fragrance. After about 4-5 hours I cannot smell this on myself at all. I definitely prefer a perfume that lasts a bit longer.

Light and elegant!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I am absolutely in love with this scent! It is such an expensive luxurious smell of warm florals with a subtle hint of vanilla. It reminds me of a warm spring day. It’s not too overwhelming and a little goes a long way as the scent lasted me over a full day. For the first few hours you get the floral vanilla scent and then over time it transforms into a hint of citrus and flowers. The bottle itself is beautiful and is over all a beautiful elegant scent for the warm season. Highly recommend!
