As it settles, the heart brings in a warmer, more masculine base with bay leaf and guaiac wood, eventually drying down into a deeper ambergris and patchouli mix. It’s got great projection in the first few hours and a solid 8–10 hours of longevity on my skin. On clothes? Even longer. It’s definitely youthful and energetic, so if you're looking for something subtle or office-friendly, this might be a bit too loud. But for social settings? It hits hard in the best way. I’ve been using Rabanne Invictus aftershave for a while now and honestly, it’s one of the best scents I’ve ever owned. From the moment you put it on, it hits you with a fresh, clean burst that feels really uplifting. The opening is sharp and refreshing, almost like a mix of citrus and a sea breeze, which makes it perfect to use straight after shaving. Not only does it smell great, but it also feels smooth and calming on the skin, which is a big plus if you’re prone to a bit of irritation. What I really like about Invictus is how it changes throughout the day. At first it’s very fresh and energetic, then after an hour or two, it develops into something warmer and a bit more spicy. There’s this subtle mix of herbs and woods that comes through, and it gives the scent a lot of depth without being overpowering. Energetic summer scent that is refreshing.

This is a very summer cool scent has hints of mandarin and jasmine and wood. The packaging is bold and fresh looking recyclable which is great too. Very affordable to the everyday person great for gifting.

Not for me maybe for you

I’m not a fan of this at all but there are some good points I was impressed by the design of the unique bottle packaging is really good and the smell lasts forever a little goes a long way. The fragrance for me personally is not something I would wear, it has a strong woodsy smell with a hint of citrus, definitely a more masculine scent. However if you're looking for something that fits that description I will say the scent will stay ALL day so this bottle will last a long time! I think if the the scent was more subtle it would work better for me as I enjoy the combination of notes working together.

The best scent for Men

I haven’t used this Invictus for couple of years and now got it back. This ones are the best eau de toilet I’ve ever had. Very intense scent that works for any occasion. Love the size for the price and how intense they are. Lovely package that looks amazing on the shelf.

It’s got a clean yet sweet, fruity taste that you can smell even with the lightest of touches onto your skin. It’s great for use throughout the entire year for all seasons due to the seductive smell. It’s simple to use, with just a tap of the top of the trophy, which is a unique approach. For a 50ml bottle, the price that it’s at - I would definitely purchase. It does well for a gift, as it suits all styles, or for an individual to use themselves for all occasions.
