Good for travel, some shades better than others

I enjoy using this eyeshadow palette but it probably isn’t for everyone. I got the Daring Blue Dusk version. It has 2 shimmery shades and 1 matte brown shade. The glitter in the blue shade is quite large and it resulted in some fall out when I was applying it. Some of the glitter got on my contacts and it was difficult to get off. Despite that, the color itself is still nice and pigmented. The center matte brown shade has a very smooth texture and is easy to blend. I really like the packaging and that you can easily slide the eyeshadows out and replace them with another trio. It reduces waste and the product itself is very travel friendly. I think the version I got is mostly for glam, night looks. It is too dark for daily use in my opinion. I have fair skin with a neutral-warm undertone and brown eyes. I would not recommend Daring Dusk for anyone with a similar skin tone. The colors best complement those with cooler skin tones. Ultimately, I would recommend this palette but maybe not this specific shade.

Not as versatile as I would hope.

I was really excited to try this palette but the darkest glitter shade was a bit overwhelming. The light shimmer shade is very transparent and only adds shimmer with no dimension. The brown shade is what you can expect from a basic brown and it takes a bit longer to blend out. I can see myself reaching for this for nights out but for everyday makeup there are better options out there. The shades themselves are decent but together it doesn’t give much of a diversity in the looks one can do. I will say that the darkest shimmer has quite some pigment so it wasn’t hard to build up whatsoever but it was a bit more on the black shimmer rather than blue so that might be why it was so pigmented. Perfect for smoky brown eyes!

I recently tried the Sephora Mini Mix Eyeshadow Palette in Beyond Brown, and I’m absolutely in love with it! This palette has quickly become a staple in my makeup routine, and here’s why: The selection of shades is fantastic! The matte shades blend effortlessly, making it easy to create smooth transitions between colors. I also love how the shimmer shades add a touch of sparkle without being too overwhelming. It has great pigment but the only con is there is some fallout. One of the best things about this palette is its compact size. It fits perfectly in my makeup bag, making it ideal for travel or quick touch-ups throughout the day. Plus, the built-in mirror is super convenient!

Midnight Magic

To be honest I really didn’t think a mini palette could make such a bold statement, but the Sephora Mini Mix Palette in Daring Blue Dusk completely surprised me. This tiny gem feels like it was made for me moody blues, shimmery silvers, and rich neutrals that work beautifully with my fair skin tone. The shades don’t wash me out like some cool toned palettes can. Instead, they bring just the right amount of contrast and glow, especially that soft shimmer silver. It practically lights up my eyes. The deep navy is perfect for defining my lash line, giving me that quiet, confident edge I love. And the formula? Super blendable, no patchiness, no fallout mess. But one of my favorite little details is the slide out mirror it’s so cute and surprisingly handy when I’m doing touch ups on the go. Perfect Neutral Brown Palette for travel

I am a long-time beauty enthusiast. My mom sold cosmetics from the time I was a little girl, and I have always loved beauty from makeup to skincare and everything in between. One of the main things she taught me was how makeup can be used to highlight your best features. I am in love with this Sephora Mini Mix Palette in Beyond Brown. The colors are perfect for creating a neutral eye look that literally goes with everything. The eyeshadow applied smoothly and had no fallout. Plus, the shadows were highly pigmented. I love the fact that the packaging is reusable. Both the shadow and the mirror are removable which is amazing. This is the perfect palette for travel. It is lightweight and includes everything you need to create a beautiful eye look. I highly recommend this palette.

Bite sized beauty

The shades are so cute. I love that matte, shimmer and sparkle are in a single pan. It's bite sized and pretty ! The lasting power is around four hours but I would say use a concealer if you have dark circles because the pigmenta re not that bright and beautiful on dark circles.

Pretty colors

I love the colors in this Grunge green palette. The glitter shadow could be better. I had to apply it with my fingers because it just wouldn’t collect on the brush. At the end of the day I had glitter all over my face! Like everywhere! It was even on my shirt!! My doctor even said you have glitter all over you! The colors look nice together. I like that I can take the mirror out and it’s then recyclable. The enclosure is cute and fun. I wish the palette was a little bigger because it’s easy to get lost in your purse.

Such a cute size

This product was provided for promotional purposes in exchange for my honest review. I was able to try the Sephora collection mini mix eyeshadow palette before its launch. I’ve been testing out the grunge green mini palette. This mini palette includes 3 shades that can be used to create quite a range of shadow looks. It has a dark green shade that is perfect for a Smokey eye. A muted nude shade that can be used as a base or as a transition shade. And last but not least a white chunky glitter that can add glimmer as a topper. I found the formula of the dark green and nude to be very easy to use and blend out. The white glitter is a little chunkier than what I would normally use and there is a little fall out from that particular shade. Overall the mini palette is such a cute size for travel and can be used to create fun grunge like eye shadow looks.

Fun idea but don’t love

When I got this, I was so excited because I love glittery eyeshadows and purple is my favorite color. I rarely find eyeshadow palettes that have a practical color and fun colors mixed together. Unfortunately I was very underwhelmed with the color payoff from the eyeshadows. I wasn’t able to use any of them with a brush, instead I had to use my finger and pat on my eyelids to get it to stick at all. I also was excited for the idea of the palette where you can switch it out, but I just don’t think the execution is what it could be. It doesn’t make sense to me to buy a small one where you can switch out the colors in the mirror and the large one to hold multiple. It would make sense to me that you could buy the large one and then little three pieces to switch out and customize. Overall, I really like the idea, but I just think it could’ve been executed much better in a more travel friendly and customizable way.

Good eyeshadow !

This mini mix eyeshadow palette is so good. I love how pigmented every single colour of this palette is. I love glitter shades and this palette comes with two glitter shades. I have the blue eyeshadow palette so one of the glitter shades here is silver and the other one is blue. It also comes with a matte shade which is brown. I love the packaging and it is perfect for keeping in a purse for doing a quick party makeup whenever you want to. It also comes with a tiny mirror making it very easy to apply makeup wherever we are. It is also very affordable. Overall I think this palette is very beginner friendly and I would recommend it to someone who is pretty new to makeup. I absolutely love this palette! First off, the packaging is amazing and so compact so it's perfect for touch ups if you need them. A TINY bit of product has amazing color pay off and the colors are even more gorgeous than the pictures show. The colors are definitely buildable as well.
