Decent heat protectant

I was very excited when I received this product as I’m currently trying to heat train my natural 4c hair. I can say it worked pretty well. I use just a few drops as instructed and blew my hair out before going in with the flat iron. And it held up decently against this Chicago humidity. My hair didn’t revert to full curls but I didn’t puff up a bit. And for me that is a win. Usually I’m full on Afro with other products. Love this hair oil!

I absolutely love this hair oil from Olaplex! have fine hair that can look greasy if a product is too heavy. I used it as the last step in my wavy hair routine. My hair was soft, shiny and most importantly had no frizz. This has a very lightweight formula and did not weigh my hair down at all. Even when I used this on my second day hair, it did not make it look greasy or weighed down like some other hair oils have, It has a very light scent, it is not overpowering and is barely noticeable. I only needed a few drops of this to scrunch out my waves. Even though the bottle is not huge, you don’t need a lot of product making it last a long time. Even though it is a lightweight formula, I am still cautious to not use too much given I have fine hair. This product was provided for promotional purposes in exchange for my review.

Smooth and Shiny. My Staple Product For Years.

There’s a reason I’ve gone through bottles of this stuff. It’s the only product that smooths my thinner, naturally frizzy hair. I’ve used it multiple ways: before blow-drying, on dry hair, as a product to do a slickback bun, and so on. It’s a versatile oil that will do all of this. Even on the abovementioned hair type, I don’t notice that this weighs it down or makes it greasy. My hairstylist used it on me, which initially had me buy it. The scent is pretty standard for Olaplex products. Light, but not floral. It smells excellent when you put it on wet hair and then let it dry. My picture says it all. It keeps those little flyaways down and the rest of my hair smooth. I feel so much better about myself and my hair when I use this. It's a staple product for sure. Great addition

I received this product couple weeks ago and I am impressed. I have never used bonding oil before so it's a new experience for me. First of all for "oil" it's not oily at all, it has serum like texture and very nice light scent that doesn't linger. I applied a fare amount since my hair is thick and I have a lot of it. First thing I noticed is that it dried faster, it took me probably two thirds of the time it normally requires, the results was a smooth, shiny and soft hair. I also really like packing, it's slick, and allows you to control the exact amount of product that you require. For the reference I have straight Asian hair with no damage. Amazing

So I’ve been trying out the Olaplex Bonding Oil (No.7) for a few weeks now and… I think I’m in love?? First off — it’s super lightweight, which I wasn’t expecting from a hair oil. It doesn’t feel greasy at all, just melts into my hair and makes everything look so smooth and shiny. I usually deal with frizz and this actually helped tame that without making my hair feel heavy. And a tiny bit goes a long way — I literally use a couple of drops and that’s more than enough.I use it on damp hair before styling Is it a splurge? Yeah, a bit. But It’s worth every drop. Only con: the bottle is small and it’s not cheap. But since you use so little, I feel like it’s worth it. Would I repurchase? 100% & Also highly recommended my friends & family about it. This Bonding Oil from Olaplex is my new obsession. I have long, medium density yet fine hair. I’ve been struggling finding a hair oil that does not weight my hair down until I tried Olaplex No7 Bonding Oil. It is very lightweight, easy to glide on hair. It adds so much shine without looking greasy. Since it also offers heat protection, I love add it on my damp hair after washing and before blow drying and styling. My hair is so much less frizzy, less fly away and look so much healthier. Bonus, the oil leaves a nice heavenly subtle scent on my hair. Love it so much. Would give it 100 ⭐️ if I could. I've used many hair oils, but OLAPLEX No. 7 Bonding Oil has become my favorite since the first use. I love how lightweight it is; it doesn't feel heavy or greasy, and with just 2 or 3 drops, my hair looks shiny, soft, and healthy-looking. It also controls frizz and flyaways, which always bother me, incredibly well. I use it before blow-drying or flat-ironing my hair because it has heat protection, and since I've incorporated it into my routine, I've noticed that my hair breaks much less. Thin, Frizzy Hair? Finally Found a Product

I have thin, frizzy hair that has always been hard to manage. It gets oily at the roots, dry at the ends, and tends to puff up with the slightest humidity. I’ve tried many products—serums, oils, leave-ins—but most either weighed my hair down, made it greasy, or didn’t help the frizz much. I recently tried Olaplex No.7 Bonding Oil for the first time, and honestly, it worked better than I expected. The bottle is small, but you only need a few drops, so it lasts. I used 2–3 drops on damp hair before blow-drying. The oil felt super lightweight and absorbed quickly without leaving a residue. I could already feel the difference while drying—less tugging with the brush, and my hair felt smoother. After styling, I was surprised at how soft and shiny my hair looked. The frizz was under control, especially at the ends where it usually gets dry and puffy. Best of all, it didn’t weigh my hair down or make it look greasy. That’s usually my biggest issue with oils, but this one didn’t have that problem at all.
