I really liked this product. It’s very gentle and lightweight. It doesn’t feel oily and heavy like other oiler cleansers which I really like. I use it at night as my first cleanse before a water based cleanse to get off the worst of the dirt and makeup and I find it does a very good job. It rinses off well and feels nice on my skin. Incredible Makeup Remover! Melts Right Off

I’m extremely picky when it comes to skincare, so when I find a product I enjoy, it’s life changing. Recently, I’ve added the Take The Day Off Cleansing Oil by Clinique to my nighttime routine. My favourite feature is that it’s fragrance free and allergy tested which is a huge selling point for me! It’s great for all skin types, safe for sensitive eyes, and anyone who wears contacts. Way back in the day, I used to use just regular makeup remover at the end of the day. Since I started switching to oils, I’m not scrubbing off my skin as much. Skin oils are a much gentler approach to removing makeup at the end of the day. It just melts right off and it’s an absolute game changer. I typically only cleanse at night. I start off my evening by applying the Clinique Take the Day Off Cleansing Oil all over my face and on dry skin. I massage it in and after a minute, I’ll use a soft cloth to take off all of my makeup. I’ll step in the shower then and finish off my routine. I cleanse my face and body and then I moisturize right after. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my skin once I’ve started taking the double cleansing approach. (Oil first and then cleanser) Overall, I’m extremely happy with the Clinique Cleansing Oil. It’s gentle and it’s so much easier to take off my makeup at night time as opposed to using generic makeup removers. My skin feels soft, smooth, and hydrated. Makeup remover that actually works!

I’ve been using this cleansing oil every night to remove my makeup, and it works so well! It melts everything off — even waterproof mascara — and doesn’t leave any greasy feeling. I am loving the results after a few uses of this product! It is easily applied and didn't irritate my skin. It has no scent so I know there is no harmful fragrances in this product after cleansing my face.

Light weight, not greasy

So far I love this cleanser. Its light, not greasy, no scent, and doesn't irritate my eyes! After washing my face it felt hydrated and no oily residue was left which I love. I gave it 4 stars for now because im unsure if it will be strong enough to remove my waterproof mascara; which is ridiculously hard to remove with other cleansers. Ill be testing it out for that waterproof mascara tomorrow. Hopefully it works out, in that case id give it five stars! I do recommend this for any skin type. I use this every night before bed to take my makeup off and it does a great job. It even takes off waterproof mascara and all my liners. I love that this is unscented and comes with a pump. It removes my makeup with ease without irritating my eyes or skin It does not leave my skin feeling oily or greasy. Melts Makeup Right Off

This is a great makeup remover! Though oil is a little bit different then I’m used too, I was able to figure out the best way for me which involved using it with a face cloth. Took off my waterproof mascara like it was nothing. Be warned! Bc it is oil based cleanser, it will stain clothing!
