I love this tool so much. I feel like I’ve tried so many methods for achieving this look and now I can finally make my hair look exactly how I want it!! I want to use it everday

Very disappointed

I recently bought it and I would like to return because no matter hiw many times I try I cant get my hair to curl. Unfortunately, tymo is much better and barely 80 dollars. I had high expectations from Dyson.

Great product

Works great. I’ve ditched all my old styling appliances. Hello healthier hair. No regrets.

Wouldn’t recommend

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and it doesn’t work the way I thought it would. There are many other hair tools that are a better value. This is overpriced and misleading. The drying attachment for flyaways seems redundant and unnecessary. I thought it sucked your hair and straightened it based on other marketing videos I’ve seen. The round rush attachment requires you to hold your hair in it; otherwise, it blows it off the brush. I previously used a DryBar round brush hair tool for this and it a much better. The paddle brush attachment is okay. It kind of sucks your hair against the brush but you still need to assist and hold the hair in the tool. The airwrap curling wand is okay. I thought it would suck the hair in better and hold it tighter. This is definitely not worth the money. I wouldn’t purchase again.

Not worth it!

I am not impressed with this item at all. I will keep trying. I have very long hair and blow drying time wise it actually takes twice the amount of time it takes with regular hair dryers. I thought the hair will be smoother but it is the same. The curler works great and I love the curls. However, they truly last 15 min. 15 min later my hair is completely straight. Very disappointed.

Favorite hair tool

I love this device so much! I am not good with styling my hair but this has made it so easy. I have used every attachment and I am still learning how to use it to be honest. The curling barrels have been my favorite and using the curl I.D. has been a game changer. I can do my hair quickly and effortlessly and it looks amazing. I am really impressed and pleased with my purchase.

Overall technology and learning curve

The product, in itself is of great quality, ergonomic and not heavy. The reason I gave 2 stars is related to the overall technology and learning curve: - technology: according to the instructions you need to have the hair somewhat wet (20% wet: cold to the touch) but that didn't work for me. I shouldn't be pushed to wash or mist my hair, every time I want to use the tool: there should be a better methodology for that. Also, it needs to be in high speed and high temperature to work which can damage the hair in the long run. With today's technology, I'd expect Dyson to have developed a tool that is simple, straightforward to use (like the vaccuum cleaners) and does not require the use excessive heat, unless the user wants too. - learning curve: if it's your first time trying it, you will need to have few attempts to understand how the curl attachments work and when it changes phase, as it does not give you any warning that it's done and you can pull the tool from your hair. You have to count the seconds to do so I am a fan of Dyson products and that's the reason why I bought such an expensive tool. Was it worth paying that much? As this point, no, but I am still in the learning phase so, hopefully, it will get better

Best styling tool ever

I have been wanting the Dyson Airwrap since forever it feels like, so when I saw that it was on sale, I bit the bullet and purchased it. And oh my goodness I am so happy that I did!! Styling my hair has never been this easy!! This tool does everything, and leaves my hair silky, shiny, and smooth. I have fine hair, and this makes my curls last for 3 days, and in the morning I am able to restyle my bangs in ten seconds with the role brush attachment. Tens across the board!!

Dries in half the time

Getting used to drying m hair in half the time and having it look styled and ready to go.. i have naturally wavy hair and this dryer is absolutely a game changer for me. The attachments and curling wands give me options on styling.

Need experience

I have the Dyson hair dryer and love it. This does not dry my hair like my hair dryer. Parts are complicated to use. I’ve tried to follow the directions but it’s difficult to manage. I have long hair, and I end up twisting it in knots. Going to be taking it back. Sorry, I wanted to love it.

questionable for the price

i had the original air wrap and i loved it, i was looking for an upgrade and figured a newer one was in order. the communication wasn’t the best for spending 500+ on a product , upon arrival the handle pieces have a gap in between where they are connected and using a firm grip the device you can feel it move like its a cheaper plastic. where as the original air wrap feels more expensive and better in the hand, for all the marketing done for this product its a rather disappointing turnout
