The right Opium

It’s the best version, because when it dries down the white floral notes and powdery notes blend perfectly. I think the powdery quality comes from the marshmallow. I don’t like the initial smell but it’s fades quickly. Highly recommend.

Not a Fan

I feel like it’s so hard for me to purchase perfumes online. This one was no different. I had high hopes but this just ended up smelling kind of powdery mixed with soapy & more mature. Personally I don’t want to smell like I’m about to float down the river so I avoid mature scents at all costs.

Not for me

Smells like sweet grape soda. That’s it and that’s all.

Got a little sample of this smells so good. One day when I have money I’ll order a big one. Lol

Not strong

Smells nice but you can’t smell it at all when you’re around me. you’d have to go right up to me and inhale my skin or clothes which no one is doing. Disappointed because the smell is really nice.

Love it!

I've been a longtime fan of Black Opium and I am also loving the trend of perfumes adding marshmallow to scents. I blind bought this and am happy I did. It does have a nice subtle marshmallow scent at the dry down. It still smells like black opium with a slight shift. If you're looking for something starkly different this isn't it. But if you don't mind a minor difference than you will love this.

Amazing

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Well, YSL black opium is one of a kind scent that I’ve come across so far it has a very slight hint of marshmallow and coffee that you can smell. The perfume definitely lasts for a really long time and the packaging is obviously very convenient and it’s easy to carry. But I’m not super impressed with the scent. I feel they could have been a little more experimental or innovative with their scent or maybe I am more into a sweet and warm kind of scents and it doesn’t send hit that note.

YSL Black Opium Glitter pardon

This is one of my favorites that I purchased blindly. It smells amazing and I love the marshmallow undertones. I could smell it on my clothes the next day. Most perfumes I have to keep reapplying but this one I didn’t have to.

Coffee & Vegan Marshmallow

Musky marshmallow and coffee fruit in the opening. It’s bright and projects! In the middle she warms to reveal more coffee with a vegan marshmallow on top. I was hoping for thick, creamy marshmallow and blonde roast. Its nice coffee. The blend well as they warm on the skin. I like it, but I don’t love it. It’s growing on me, but I’m not

the scent is sooo lovely and sexy it’s not sweet in that sense, but i can definitely smell some marshmallow in there on the dry down

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The strength of this is very intense, and it lasts a while. However, I do really prefer the original black opium. I’m not quite sure what note in this is medicinal to me, but I just can’t get over. Whatever that note is enough to love this. I do really like it but I just don’t reach for it as often as I expected.

A must-have for Fall

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] What can I say more? I love it so much. You will find the scent of amber, vanilla, coffee, and orange blossom. All twisted together created a very unique, that's very hard to forget. The glitter on the bottle is so beautiful. The packaging makes it worth every cent. Highly recommended for fall.
