Beautiful scent

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The scent is so strong and lasts all day. My boyfriend is obsessed with how good i smell when I wear this perfume. The packaging is so beautiful. The plum and vanilla accent each other so well and smell amazing.

I like the smell of this perfume and unique style packaging. However, I’m not thrilled about the chemical harmful ingredients with this brand in general. Therefore I would not recommend. Complimentary

best perfume ever!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] i love this perfume! it smells so unique and i have gotten so many compliments. i love the purple color and the packaging, it really stands out and i was excited before i even got it! it is pretty pricey, but i would say it is worth it. the scent and throw is strong but not overpowering, and it lasts all day.

A repeat wear!!

This perfume smelled absolutely divine! The packaging is crisp. The scent is lovely and it’s a very large bottle so it will last me a long time. I will wear this day over day for a while.

Feminine and sexy

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This perfume is the ultimate feminine scent. It’s confident, sexy, and pure elegance. I get so many compliments when I wear this perfume. It smells flowery, a bit fruity, and vanilla. I’m obsessed with this scent. It’s a bit pricey, but it’s worth it because it lasts so long! It lasts a whole night out, which I really appreciate. I don’t like to reapply, so it comes in handy!

YUMMY & strong

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I was so excited to try the Purple Melancholia because I love the other Born in Roma fragrance I own, Green Stravaganza. This one did not disappoint! In comparison, it’s sweeter. Focusing on Purple Melancholia, I was impressed with the sultry candy sweetness of the fragrance. It’s a “heavier” perfume than some other super sweet perfumes, so it can become an intense smell quickly; I definitely don’t recommend overspraying or wearing around fragrance-sensitive people. That said, this smells so yummy and I’ll be wearing it on date nights and some GNOs.

Love it

I already love various Valentino Born in Roma perfumes. This one is a great addition to the series. I would say it’s much different than the others. Plum, osmanthus and vanilla works great together. The packaging is great as always, I love the purple color a lot.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Received a free perfume, so I can’t complain, but it doesn’t last super long so if you’re looking for something similar to the original Valentino born in Roma, I don’t think this lasts as strong, but still a good contender for those people who would like to try

Nice and mature

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] We all know born in Roma is that girl… this purple melancholia edition has all the beautiful packaging of the original but with a plum and vanilla twist. Is it my favorite fragrance? No. I am in my early twenties and this feels a bit too mature for me. If I was a bit older, I would use this perfume on a nice dinner out. It seems some reviewers find it to have a medical scent but I don’t smell that at all. The fragrance lasts a heck of a long time though, so make sure it’s for you before you spray!
