Fell apart

This product crumbled and fell out of its holder. I may have got two uses out of it. I like the product otherwise.

Great, until the spoolie inevitably breaks

I've tried buying this pencil multiple times over several years, and I wanted to love it so bad, because the actual pencil end is great. However, EVERY single one of these I bought has inevitably become unusable when the plastic holding the spoolie end eventually cracks and breaks, letting the spoolie completely fall out. I'm not using it exceptionally hard; if anything, I've tried to be more and more delicate every time I've tried one of these, but the plastic is just so thin, it's broken every time. I've finally decided to just stop trying and stick with a drugstore brand that's a third of the price, but much more durable.

My favorite eyebrow pencil but it's not perfect

I switch between this and the Benefit eyebrow pencil. They're very different from each other. The upside of what you get from this is the downside with the Benefit and vice versa. Let's talk about the good: I love the shades Anastasia has to offer - I find it more complimentary to my skin tone. I also love the easy application where you can be light or heavy handed to get the look you want. Because of this, the pencil won't last you very long compared other eyebrow pencil brands. Now the bad: The pencil is very breakable (assuming it doesn't already arrive broken). If you accidentally drop it, it is very possible you’ve broken the pencil inside the casing. If this happens, I stick it back in the casing and continue to work my way down, dispose the broken bit, and use whatever that is left. The spool that it comes with is a joke. It will break. It's not a question of IF, but WHEN. EVERY time I have purchaased this pencil (and I have purchased it 20+ times), the spool either broke on me in the middle of use or if I accidentally drop it. I noticed the nub that holds the metal of the spool is a very thin, breakable plastic. You would think over time, Anastasia would have fixed this issue, but nope, they continue to offer breakable and unusable spool on these pencils which is a total waste. If you plan on using the ultra slim, make sure you have a good eyebrow brush and spool tool.

Perfect for polished everyday brows

The pencil performs like a dream. It gives natural, defined appearance that stays put all day. Sculpt brows beautifully without looking harsh. The consistency is silky but not waxy.

The first time I used the brush, it broke, and the contents inside didn't last more than a week because it all leaked out. I definitely won't buy it again.

Horrible packaging

Been using this faulty poorly made pencil for years because the auburn color is so hard to find but i can’t do it anymore. You’ll loose over 1/2 the product because the retraction stops working, or the plastic container literally falls apart in your hands with light pressure. Huge waste of money

Favorite brow pencil hands down. I have tried many in the past but I always come back to this one 🩷 10/10

Best eyebrow pencil on the market

This is a tried and true product that I’ve replaced multiple times. I’ve ever gotten different shades as my hair color has changed over the years. The color range is gorgeous. The opacity of the product is perfect to either sheer out or can be built up if you’re looking for a dark coverage. It lasts throughout the day and the swoolie on the other end is perfect to brush the product out for a perfect eyebrow

Not the same brow pencil

Sadly, the quality has changed because the past three pencils have stopped retracting. I used to love this product and the only brow pencil I ever used because the benefit shades are too ashy on my skin tone. It used to last me like two months but recently it’s broken and I can tell the production is different because this has never happened to me before
