I absolutely love Effacil. It feels like your using water. It takes my makeup off effortlessly and the greatest fact about Effacil, IT LEAVES NO OILY RESIDUE AROUND YOUR EYES OR IN YOUR EYES AND ON YOUR FACE!! If you want a makeup remover that does not feel like you've used a makeup remover, I highly recommend this product!! (Wonderful for contact lens wearers)

Best Eye make up remover

While it's pricey, it's worth it. It works well, especially if you are a contact lens wearer. No pulling or scrubbing to get the emasacra off. Not oily AT ALL, doesn't burn or sting your eyes. I've tried cheaper and different removers, I'm sticking with this one.

GENTLY EFFECTIVE

I have been using a large sample of this and it's gently removed my eye makeup. I had used this in the past for a time, too. This is for non-waterproof make up. While this is great for anyone who doesn't switch back and forth from waterproof to non-waterproof eye makeup, it's not as good for someone like me who mixes... I was using Bi Facil, which is for waterproof makeup and obviously nonwaterproof, too, and also some cleansing cloths made for my whole face including eyes and it's easily to use something like that, without having to think whether something might be waterproof or not. If you use only non-waterproof eye makeup this is an excellent product, or if you don't mind having two diiferent eye make removers, this is also great. I prefer to have just one that does everything. However, this is an excellent remover.

Oily!

This product is just ok, it does remove mascara and eyeshadow but it leaves an oily residue! I will not be buying again.

Best Eye Makeup Remover

I have been using this product since I started wearing eye makeup in my early teens. My mother introduced me to it and when she did, I was hooked! I wear contact lenses and can even use this product without removing my lenses. It works well on removing liquid eye-liner, mascara, eye shadow and even concealer in the undereye area. This product is worth every penny!

Effacil-Gentle Eye Makeup Remover

I have used this Effacil product for over 20 years---it is the best for contact lense wearers like myself.

Gentle on eyes

I love this eye makeup remover! I do not use waterproof eye makeup, and this does a good job of taking it off. I use Lancome eye makeup. Other products have greatly irritated my eyes, causing redness, dryness, and allergic reactions. This remover does NOT! A little bit on a cotton ball goes a long way. It does not burn skin or eyes like some others.

Love it

I sell Lancome in a department store and while I use Bi-Facil when I do makeovers I personally love Effacil. This one is extremely gentle and isn't greasy at all. I don't wear waterproof mascara so I don't need the Bi-Facil. I recommend this remover to everyone because it is so gentle and removes extremely well. But if you wear waterproof mascara you will need the Bi-Facil to remove the mascara this one won't do the trick well enough.

GREAT PRODUCT

This is the only remover on the market that I can use on my very sensitive eyes so it is PERFECT for me. I truly hope Lancome keeps it on their sales floor. Thank You.

I really like this product really work great and no grease ...after, the only thing little expenceve...

I have been using this product for about 30 years. I have never found any other eye makeup remover that is half as good as Lancome's. I cannot use oily products on my eyes, so this is perfect for me.
