Bad pump

The pump doesn’t function properly, and creates a serious mess when trying to use. The color seems nice, but I’m always hesitant to use if I don’t feel like I have enough time to clean everything up after.

Product doesn’t work with pumps

This is the second mousse of theirs that I’ve tried, and within 3 months, the pump breaks on each of them due to the mousse. I’ve soaked in warm water, cleaned them out, dried, and went to use, and the pump won’t work and it won’t foam the mousse. I’ve tried a different container and pump to see if it was just faulty, and it broke that pump as well. It’s not the pump that’s the issue, but the product itself doesn’t work with a pump very well. It’s been 3 months, so it’s always too late to exchange.

Color is great but wouldn’t repurchase

The color is fantastic but the pump completely stopped working after 3-4 pumps. I even tried a different pump from another self tanner and the formula got clogged in the pump. It also made my skin significantly drier after application, something I haven’t experienced with any other self-tan

Terrible packaging

Was so excited to try this, the pump stopped working after one leg. Now that I’m reading the comments I can see that this is a recurring issue. Won’t be buying again.

I left it on for 2-3 hours and when I washed it off, there was no color. I tried it again maybe thinking I should leave it on longer and still no color. I don’t recommend

I love the product itself when the pump actually works. It now tends to stop working. If you can’t pump it, then tbr contents are just liquid. It stains your hands and simply is worthless. I have olive skin and can get away using most self tanners. This self tan mouse is more red than most tanners. I also felt like it faded quickly. And my pump stopped working halfway through the bottle. Big bummer! Not cheap for something I can’t use

Cheap for a reason

The bottle pump broke right after doing my legs. One thing you don’t want to break is your self tan foam pump in the middle of application the night before an event.

Pump does not work

The pump didn’t work and it didn’t come out as foam but rather as brown liquid. It ruined my self ran mit as it was covered in straight pigment. Returning product asap.

Nice tanner.

I looked lighter after the tanner than before but over time I developed a really nice tan. The hands and ankles looked bad but probably should have put less in those areas because there was a drastic line from palm to back of hand. Lasted 4 days. Faded nice. Wish it lasted longer and that it didn’t take a long time for my whole body to get tan - my hands were much more tan than my legs at first. First time trying a mouse tanner and left it on for around an hour rinsed off with cold/warm water without soap slept in it (smelled bad at night) then washed in the morning. It didn’t show a deep tan for at least 14 hours after application. Left some self tanner on my white robe although it was already dry.

Pump Stopped Working

I absolutely love this self tan and leaves a beautiful, natural looking tan. However, after the first use the pump stopped working. At first I thought it was clogged and tried to unclog it, but it just doesn’t work at all. This is the second pump self tan that I have purchased from Isle of Paradise. At first ai got the regular clear pump tan, then decided to try this one because the pump broke on the other one. I am very disappointed with the fact that both pumps just stopped working on two great tans.

Very subtle effect, unfortunately

Saw people raving about this product on tiktok, and idk if those were paid campaigns or smth, but this stuff unfortunately made me slightly sun-kissed after leaving it on for the whole 3 hours :( I went through the whole bottle of IOP mouse in light and the results were a lot darker, ironically haha. So sad I decided to purchase this one instead of the one that I loved :( thinking about returning it since it didn’t give me the results I expected. The scent is nice though and no streaks - but the change in color is so subtle it’s very dissapoijting
