Not only was it super perfumey, it also did not really help with the breakage in my hair. If you do like scent in your hair, it does last a long time, days in between shampoos, but for me it was too much. I used this twice a week with my hair routine. Although these are a good line of products, I do suffer from a very itchy scalp due to dryness, and this did not help. There is nothing better than when a product lives up to the claims. I’ve been using this in combination with the conditioner annd serum and my hair has shed less, is smoother, and SO shiny! I have wavy hair that tends to be frizzy and dry, but with consistent use of these products, even my hair stylist commented on how healthy my hair looked at my last appointment. I have used it consistently, around three times a week, for over a month, but the benefits were noticed immediately. The only slight negative is the smell for me as I’m scent sensitive and find it strong, but not enough to reduce it to four stars because the overall benefits are too great. Although I will have to use it for much longer to see any significant difference in my hair but I am happy with the results till now.
