Great every day shampoo- strong scent

When I first used this shampoo, it made my hair so dry. I also found the smell to be similar to 2000 Abercrombie. However, I'm glad I pushed through because after the 3rd or 4th time using it, it now consistently makes my hair soft and shiny. I have straight, color treated hair. The packaging is a little clunky but it looks nice.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I almost really love this shampoo. It smells a little bit like grapefruit, but not in a strong way. It is very cleansing but it doesn't feel stripping which is really nice. It does seem to make my hair feel stronger and less prone to breakage. My one big complaint, which isn't major but it's definitely annoying, is the packaging. It has a screw off top! I do not want to have to completely remove the lid to get any product out. I know that seems kind of ridiculous to complain about, but it is a complaint nonetheless. Otherwise the product is good and I do recommend it.

Lathers very well

I received the shampoo and conditioner, complementary for my honest review of the products. The scent is very nice and floral and the shampoo lather is very well. However, my hair felt dry after using the shampoo and needed the conditioner to make my hair softer. While the shampoo lathers extremely well, I don’t believe the high price tag for these items is worth it. I often pay higher amounts for items that I feel work well, however, this will not be one of them.

I’ve been using it for a few days and my only “complaint” is the smell is a little too powdery for what I normally like. But with that being said it’s not too strong and I still plan on continuing to use it. It makes my hair soft and shiny! Recommend!

Great shampoo

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I love the Keratase Genesis Bain Hydra-Fortifant Shampoo. It smells amazing but, more importantly, makes my hair feel super clean without feeling stripped. My hair feels stronger and I’ve noticed less shedding after using for a week. This shampoo does not lather very well but is still effective and a great shampoo for oily, damaged hair.

Good shampoo for fine hair

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I really like this shampoo and how it makes my hair look. I have semi thin hair that can get greasy easily and this shampoo extends the length of time I’m able to go in between washes. It makes my ends look healthier, my hair fuller, and gives it a nice shine. The scent is not my favorite but is not unpleasant by any means. It has a pretty standard scent that I find common amongst higher end shampoos.

Good alternative if you can afford it

Queen of Shampoo

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Not only does the Karastase Genesis shampoo leave your hair feeling clean, fresh, and hydrated, but the glorious scent is long-lasting, leaving you smelling luxe all day! I usually have to shampoo my hair twice to get a good lather going, but not with this queen. From the gorgeous bottle to the delicately rich shampoo, this is a hair saver!

I love this shampoo and conditioner so much. First, it smells divine! The scent also lasts for days. Second, it almost feels like a clarifying shampoo. When I use it, my hair feels like it does when I use my detox shampoo- very clean but not drying or brittle. This is the only shampoo that truly keeps my hair clean until my next wash (every 3 days). Usually I'm super greasy on the 3rd day but for the past month, I almost forget it's wash day because my hair doesn't look greasy at all. The conditioner makes my hair feel so hydrated and smooth but not at all heavy.
