Libre L'Eau Nue - Parfum

Sweet floral

As the weather is heating up, I've been wearing this so much! I'm a big fan of the original Libre perfume, but L’Eau Nue seems a bit more fresh and crisp than the original. Libre L’Eau Nue is sweet; it kind of reminds me of Killian Love Don't Be Shy and a lavender laundry detergent. It's clean, floral, but not sugary sweet— think more honeysuckle or lilacs. I also feel like you could wear this day or night. My only complaint is that it's not a consistently fine mist, and I don't feel like it lasts longer than 6-ish hours. But overall, I've been loving this scent, the packaging is lovely, and I would recommend it if you like lavender scents.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Gorgeous packaging! If you love the original scent, you’ll love this one too. It’s a bit sweeter and creamier, with less alcohol. The texture is also interesting—it’s more creamy than regular perfumes. It lasts for about 4-6 hours. I highly recommend it!

Best fragrance ever!

Yves Saint Laurent Libre Eau de Parfum. Elegant and luxurious fragrance. 1 oz perfume spray. Smells of vanilla with an aroma of musk. Coverup is long lasting and fast acting. Slim sleek bottle. Easy to travel with. Made with an orange blossom, lavender, and jasmine. 

Elegant Scent That Lasts All Day

The scent is rich, a little sweet, and feels very luxurious without being too strong. It lasts all day on me, and I always get compliments when I wear it. The bottle is absolutely beautiful too — very classy and elegant with the gold detail. Definitely worth it if you want something that smells amazing and looks great on your shelf.

The sophisticated scent is potent without the additives that can trigger sensitivities. The perfume fixative is good, and as all Yves Saint Laurent products, the bottle is luxury with innovative scent design and techniques. I loved the way it mixed with my skin and I can feel it for hours.

Warm

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This perfume has a little bit of a musk notes to it but definitely seems like it’s targeted toward an older demographic. It’s a warm scent and very strong. The bottle it very pretty.

A new scent staple

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This perfume is one that I was very excited to try out as it was a little out of my comfort zone. It has the notes of Green Mandarin, Bergamot and Lavendar. Bergamot is typically a scent note that sits well on me but the idea of a citrus-like floral was intriguing. When I first sprayed it, I was a little hesitant because a scent like that typically hasn't worn well on me in the past. However, this scent has grown on me so much. I now combined it with my Viva La Juicy Gold and it makes such a beautiful combination. It does not sound like it mixes well but it's a trust the process. I highly recommend this perfume. For the price, it holds its scent throughout the day and I never have to worry about it wearing off early.

Lovely Oil in Water Formulation

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Beautiful packaging, the YSL letters in gold look fantastic against the white background. As an alcohol free perfume I was hesitant about the lasting power and what an oil in water scent would feel like on the skin but it is long lasting and the slightly oily feel is actually luxurious as you rub it into the skin. The top citrus note is LOVELY and it has a very new old school feel to it, a new take on a classic formula.

For a night out

I like it, but it’s not my favorite. It has something maybe slightly musky to it. But it’s not overly heavy. It’s pleasant, somewhat alluring, probably nice for a night out. The bottle is elegant. It is easy to use. It sprays well and covers nicely. I have had fun using it.
