Smells exactly like dish soap.

I received a set of 4 products as a holiday gift from a family member and gave it a try since it seemed very nice, but my hair actually feels worse than it did before (SUPER dry, no shine, gets tangled/matted faster than ever) on a cheaper brand. However for me, it’s the SMELL!! This shampoo smells exactly like dawn dish soap and VERY strongly of it too- when I’m lathering it on my head, it’s just like I’m scrubbing pots in the sink! Unmistakably so! Horrible scent for a hair care product, I have no idea where people are getting the “smells nice!” comments because the smell is…not at all grapefruit or citrus. Incredibly disappointed.

BEST SHAMPOO IVE EVER TRIED! it made my hair very soft and light weight like not oily. Which was great cuz I have rlly oily hair.

Not Impressed

I have fine color treated hair that I wash every 3-4 days. I found this shampoo and conditioner left my hair heavy, limp and not feeling clean. My hair was also extremely tangled when drying, the bonding leave in didn’t help and the oil was a disaster. The packaging is the worst! The bottle is hard to squeeze, doesn’t stand upside down in the shower and left a lot of waste in the bottom of the bottle. I had to buy airless pumps and transfer it into the new bottle. Not worth the ridiculous cost.

I’ve used this shampoo twice, and it has already dried my hair completely. My ends looks like they’ve been dipped in salt water somehow? I also have naturally very wavy hair and I have no waves in my hair with this shampoo. No idea why it did this, but would not recommend at all.

Extreme hair loss from this product.

Used this shampoo as directed, and within 2 weeks started experiencing extreme hair loss, and now also breakage. My hair was very healthy before and now it’s very thin and getting worse as time goes on. I’m. It alone in this, there’s a Facebook group with over 20,000 members who have experienced this as well.
