holy breakouts

i got the set that’s for professional use from my esthetician cousin (it has the same ingredients). it really helped remove my makeup and with my sebaceous filaments; however, i broke out so badly after using this product. i am very sad right now because i am trying to fix my skin after the damage this did to it.

Excellent product with horrible packaging

I completely agree with other reviews critiquing the quality of the bottle. This product works very well but the pump is very difficult to push and it delivers a very large quantity at one time, with no way to control this. As others mentioned, it leaks if you travel with it, even if it's locked. Overall, you end up losing a significant amount of product to these two packaging failures. If they improved packaging quality, it would be an ideal face oil.

This is an ok oil cleanser I did remove make up and it emulsifies well but I feel like I can find a better oil cleaner for cheaper

LOVE- packaging needs to be better quality

I absolutely love this product, my skin has never been better& it is a wonderful makeup remover. BUT- the bottle needs to be higher quality ESPECIALLY for the price it’s listed as. Any time I travel it leaks, even when locked. I also find that the pump sticks so it is impossible to get a small amount out. There’s been multiple times that I waste product because the pump will stick and it shoots out so aggressively from the pump sticking that it misses my hands and lands on the floor. I hope they can adjust these problems for future.

Have used for 10 years at least

Have used this for at least 10 years. It dissolves makeup and leaves skin ready for the second cleanse. It’s good stuff.

USE WITH FACE WASH!!!

Reading some of these reviews I don’t think that people realize this is a PRE cleanse and not a stand alone cleanser. Please use face wash after. I have oily skin and when I was first introduced to this product I was certain I’d break out but a friend convinced me to try and thank god I listened. I rarely wear make up but I use this product daily. It has actually regulated my skin and I’m less oily. I work a job where I can get pretty dirty and some days I can scrub my whole body and still feel like I’m covered in my work, but with this product my face feels/looks/is clean. only rated 4 stars and not 5 because I only ever tried one other pre cleanse so I don’t have much to compare it to, but i definitely stand by this product.

Causes EXTREME breakouts and itchy skin. I have inflamed acne from my forehead to my neck and chest. I highly recommend nobody buy this product. I’m returning all products by this brand.

Halfway down my 2nd bottle!

I LOVE this product. It really surpassed my expectations. I have really acne prone skin and I’m shocked that so many people reported having breakouts after using it. I tried the sulwahsoo one before this and I was not impressed their oil cleanser like I am with one. 100000/10

Wicked Breakouts

I received this product as a gift with purchase. I have Dermalogica Cleanser in my gym bag + like it so I was excited to try them together. Broke out horribly: under my nose, forehead, cheeks, jawline—everywhere! One was a “blind pimple” that’s taken weeks to heal. 😩 I tried stopping and restarting but that only made it so much worse—Duh! I’m super frustrated after searching for tips on use online, trying them, and it getting worse. I’ve returned to my Dior cleanser + skincare line and I’m back to acne-free, glowing 50 year old mature/combination skin! Phew! I don’t understand why I had this reaction because I’ve been to spas that use this line + the cleanser is wonderfully refreshing at the gym. If you have anything other than dry skin, I recommend you proceed with caution. This definitely made made my skin worse.

Steer Away

I’ve been trying my best to figure out if i’m using this product wrong but i can’t. It’s just been breaking me out more and more starting around and on my nose. I’m so disappointed.

Absolutely a game changer for my skin

This is a many times over repurchase for me. I use this and then follow by washing twice with their Calming Wash. My skin loves it. I am acne prone and this keeps my skin very clear.

This is the BEST OUL CLEANSER OUT THERE. If it’s breaking you out- you’re NOT USING IT RIGHT. Trust me when I say this. I have super oily skin and the worst sebum production ever- this product is gold.
