I wasn’t expecting to fall in love with this scent as much as I did! The Rich + Earthy bundle has this warm, grounded feel that’s both comforting and bold. It’s woody without being overpowering, almost like walking through a forest after rain. The oak and earthy notes make it feel luxe and a little mysterious, and it wears beautifully throughout the day. Honestly, it’s quickly become my go-to when I want to feel a little more put together and confident.

A fragrance that perfectly encapsulates Rare

I was gifted this product for testing through Gloss Angeles Confidential. I have been testing this fragrance over the last few weeks and have really enjoyed it! I’ll start with the bottle. The bottom part of the bottle is glass and the top is plastic. I will point out that the top doesn't feel particularly luxurious and I think could be improved upon, but overall it's cute and easy to hold in your hand. It's also worth noting that the atomizer was designed to be sprayed easily regardless of whether you want to spray with one hand, with a finger, or placed on the counter and sprayed using whatever you're able to, so I really appreciate that thoughtful design element! When it comes to the scent, I would describe this as vanilla dominent with the pistachio adding some creaminess and the pink pepper adding a slightly spiciness. It's not overly sweet, but definitely feels warm and cozy. It's lovely! I have absolutely smelled this type of vanilla before, but it's not identical to any other fragrance I own. Longevity is about 6 hours for me, and I do find that I get nice whiffs of this as I move around throughout the day. Overall, I feel like this fragrance perfectly encapsulates Rare as a brand. It's warm and comforting and could easily become a part of your daily routine.

CLASSY , COZY , ELEGANT , the new IT GIRL perfume

Creamy , warm , cozy it brings all of the vibes ! I was SO lucky to be gifted this perfume to test as part of Gloss Angeles Confidential. As someone who is EXTREMELY picky with my scents like perfumes , this was an absolute YES !!!!! Immediately got stopped and asked what perfume I was wearing cause it smelled so good! My family members also complimented my perfume !!! Everyone was asking for the DETS !!! So it’s definitely a show stopperrrr ! I love how rare beauty is always so thoughtful and inclusive with how accessible their products are. They had everyone in mind when creating this bottle design and you can tell how passionate they were about this perfume. It’s worth every penny besties , because a little goes a long way! I love that the scent doesn’t stay extremely strong through out the day , so it’s not overwhelming. I can re apply as needed with no issues. It gives me the perfect clean sweet girl vibes ! This will be my new everyday scent perfume. You truly can’t go wrong , I hope you give it a try besties because I am OBSESSED! So thankful that my besties at gloss angels gave me the opportunity to try out ! So if you’re looking for a new everyday perfume or something spicy to switch it up this is an ABSOLUTE MUST !!!!

My new love!

This perfume is such a chameleon, I had the hardest time finding the words to describe it. While it is gourmand, it’s tasteful enough to be worn during the day but would also make a lovely evening or date night fragrance. It’s warm and cozy, inviting a companion to lean in for a closer whiff. The consideration that went into the design of the pump is incredible, making it accessible to such a wide range of users. I noticed it didn’t last all day, but a solid 6 hours before I couldn’t smell it on myself anymore. I can’t wait to pick up a layering balm to see if it enhances the longevity at all. I’ll definitely be keeping it in heavy rotation as summer winds down & we head into fall. *The fragrance was gifted to me by Gloss Angeles Confidential for my honest review.*

Amazing!

I love this fragrance! To me it feels very much nostalgic and that my younger self would’ve begged my mom to buy it for me! It smells sweet but not too sweet and you can definitely catch a hint of the spicy but not too much! It is a well rounded perfume, I feel it is suited for any season and you can layer according to your favorite scents to accentuate the scent profile! It smells so good and fresh for after the shower, I notice it lasts very long on my wrists and pulse points. I even get whiffs through out the day when I spray it on my clothes! I am so thankful to be able to test this product through gloss angeles confidential and I will definitely be purchasing when I am done with my bottle!

Revolutionary bottle, but not long lasting

I tested this product through Gloss Angeles Confidential in exchange for my honest review. I am NOT a fragrance girlie because I have chronic migraine, and 98% of fragrance is too 'heavy' and triggering to me. But I am a big Rare fan and I was willing to commit to testing this, especially since this was made with such care in mind for differently abled individuals. First off, the bottle is revolutionary IMO and what I love about Rare. If you listen to the Gloss Angeles podcast they go in depth on how much R&D went into the design of this bottle to make it accessible for anyone to spray. I never even thought about how hard it would be with mobility issues to use a standard atomizer, and I love that Rare is thinking about inclusivity at such a granular level when most brands/people (myself) would not. It not only solves a problem, brings something NEW to the beauty space (let's see how many brands start duping this bottle), but it educates as well and I'm just so here for it. The scent... It's gourmand. It's what the people want I suppose. I personally am just meh about it, but I do appreciate the pepper and amber in the scent to elevate it a little. This scent gives cozy (which is not bad just not what I want in August). In regards to the migraines, at first spray it was like BOOM SWEETNESS! and I needed a Zofran :(. But persist I did in the name of 'science' wearing it only on my wrists, and the musk came through to bring down the initial assault of vanilla. After a few days, I didn't want to puke when first spraying. I wouldn't have taken the stars off just because it wasn't my particular scent preference if it wasn't for the fact it doesn't last at all. Applying at 9am, working a 9 hour day, then coming home I could hardly smell anything on myself. I am intrigued with the layering balms, but I want the actual fragrance to do it's job without the need to purchase additional products. I would give a try for the bottle if you love a gourmand and hope for the best!

Rare and beautiful

Beyonnddd beautiful!!! I loved this fragrance❤️ and in the world of expensive perfumes, this feels like a “rare” support✨✨

I was so excited to be able to try this fragrance! First impression was that it's pretty sweet but does have a little hint of spice and warmth. And these are scents I am typically drawn to! I enjoyed it but it did feel a little young maybe? I love the inclusive packaging and it did feel nice to use - although not luxury. But the price point isn't luxury so that does not necessarily bother me! My biggest thing and the main reason for the three stars is that this fragrance did not seem to last on me. I tested it in the usual spots, while also testing on clothes, hair, behind the ear etc. to see if that helped and I ended up with the same result. I have not had anyone compliment me or ask what I was wearing - and I really feel like this is because the scent fades and faded quickly. Overall, it smells nice and the packaging is nice! A cozy hug from first spritz!

From the first application of this unique gourmand scent, you're wrapped in a lovely layer of warmth and spice. This is not the old bakeshop-vanilla-cookie-caramel-drizzle smell which so many gourmands are guilty of leaning towards. Instead, this is the saccharinely sweet scent's older sister - still sweet, but with a spiciness that adds a sophisticated edge to your whole experience of the day. This really is the perfect fragrance to ease into and enjoy the fall season. I've already received so many compliments on the scent, and I can't wait to wear it as it gets chillier outside! The main issue I had is that the scent does not last on me! After two to three hours, the perfume largely faded. Given the locking mechanism on the atomizer and the light packaging though, this bottle is easy to toss into a bag and carry around for a quick reapplication. It's truly a lovely touch that the bottle and cap are ergonomic and so accessible to a variety of users! I tested and reviewed this product as a part of Gloss Angeles Confidential. Beautiful, accessible and long lasting!

I received this product through Gloss Angeles Confidential and have been using it for a few weeks. I really love it! The mist is super fine and gentle, and I can still smell it hours later, especially on my clothes. The locking mechanism is clever, and the bottle shape makes it easy to spray one‑handed, which is huge for me since I have a weak right hand and usually need two hands for most sprays. Thoughtful, accessible, and smells amazing. I can’t wait to try the companion layering balms with it!

A nice gourmand offering

I tested and reviewed this product as a part of Gloss Angeles Confidential. In general, this perfume is a great option for those who like sweeter scents and gourmand notes. I prefer different scents, but my review is based on someone who might like these creamy and warmer notes. I enjoyed the application of this perfume more than most perfumes I’ve tried. The bottle takes dexterity issues into consideration and is extremely accessible. A plus of this design is that you can see how much fragrance you have left. You also don’t need to remove the cap to use the product and the spray is wonderful — powerful and very fine. That being said, for the price, the quality of the bottle does not feel luxurious to me. Upon application, I found the perfume to be loaded with notes of vanilla and Tonka, with bursts of caramel and cotton candy, and a slight undertone of pepper. As it continued to wear, I noticed that the vanilla and caramel notes lingered strongly. There is also a slight sense of musk. I found the perfume to be powerful with a strong throw for the first 30 to 45 minutes. After that time, I noticed the wear diminished quickly, and after an hour or two, it was no longer noticeable. I had no irritation whatsoever from using this perfume. Overall, I would say this perfume is a strong entry into the fragrance category because of its design and strong gourmand notes. I did find, to my senses, that the sweetness of the scent felt a little formulaic and a little cheap compared to more luxurious and complex sense that I enjoy, but I think this is a great offering that’s accessible, and likely delightful, for those who love gourmand scents.

The perfect vanilla

I absolutely love how long this lasts on my skin. It truly stays on all day. Such a perfect scent. It’s great for all year around but I cannot wait to wear this all Fall long. It’s the perfect day/night fragrance. Isn’t too strong and overpowering - it’s the perfect balance.
