Layers so good

The more I use this mascara the more it impresses me. It gives a lot of volume pretty quickly, and for extra volume just add layers. I like that it’s buildable without getting too clumpy. The brush makes a big difference, it grabs even the smaller lashes and lifts them nicely, so it volumes and makes the lashes long in one step. The brush curl gives that “full lash” look. I know it comes in different shades like brown and blue, not just black, and I might get them because it’s a great everyday mascara.

Size up Mascara

Starting off with the look of the mascara packaging, I think it’s very simple and clean looking nothing too dramatic. It’s very easy to just take with you when you’re on the go and stays closed so no air gets inside to make it hard/clumpy. Now for the mascara itself I really liked how it got all my lashes and didn’t leave them looking clumpy/spidery leg looking. They looked evenly coated after the application. The only reason I gave it three stars was because to me it didn’t look like it gave my eyelashes much or any volume. I’ve used other mascaras that work so much better than this one. But if you like the more natural look and want your lashes to have that dark black color then this is for you. Overall I’d recommend this to those that want the more natural look.

Natural everyday lashes with clean separation and

his mascara has been part of my daily routine because it gives such a light and natural look. The brush is really nice, it separates each lash cleanly and coats them evenly without clumping. I like how it applies a very thin layer, so my lashes don’t feel heavy or stiff at all. It does give noticeable length, but the volume and curl are more on the subtle side, so don’t expect anything dramatic. It’s more of a your lashes but better kind of finish. One thing I noticed is it can clump if I apply a second coat too quickly. Waiting a bit for the first coat to dry makes a big difference and helps keep the lashes separated and clean. It’s not waterproof, so if I accidentally touch or rub my eyes it can smudge a little, which is something to keep in mind. But at the same time it’s super easy to remove with cleansing oil, which I appreciate at the end of the day. Overall it’s perfect for everyday wear when I want something simple, clean, and natural looking.

My favorite mascara for big lashes

If you are someone who wants big and dramatic lashes every day, you should definitely try this specific mascara. It adds a lot of thickness and a beautiful curl after just one coat, but you can easily add more layers if you want a bolder look for the evening. It feels very lightweight on my lashes and does not get clumpy at all, which is a very important thing for me when choosing a mascara. I love how it makes my lashes look so dark, full of life, and healthy. It has quickly become a staple in my makeup collection because it is so reliable and easy to apply when I am in a hurry. The packaging is also very nice and comfortable to hold.

Holy Volume

I want to start off with saying I’m a loyal false lashes girly. I wear falsies everyday. It takes a lot for a mascara to wow me. Needless to say this mascara exceeded my expectations so much that I have skipped falsies about 5 days in a row. The mixture of the formula combined with the shape of the wand is just chefs kiss. The wand cotes my lashes evenly while fanning them out perfectly. I have noticed it gives me a lot of volume which is so nice (hence the reason I wear false lashes so frequently). I have tried expensive to inexpensive mascaras and this one is easily one of my favorites. There is also no transfer onto my lids, once the mascara dries it does not move!

Decent

This is the first Sephora mascara that I have tried because I usually stick to brand names. The Size up mascara definitely has a true name because this gives more of a dramatic look than a natural one. The brush is thick and has bristles. The formula is nice but I do wish it was less wet of a formula. Since ithe brush is big and the formula is very wet, it makes applying it difficult. I had a lot of cleaning up to do after applying it to both of my eyes. Also since it’s very wet, it made my lashes clump together with just a few coats. All in all it’s a decent mascara but I will not repurchase it.

Easy to remove, BIG VOLUME

This is a perfect everyday kind of mascara. I was impressed with how long and full it made my lashes look just after two coats. I didn’t even have to curl them which is HUGE! The formula is quite light and is buildable. The brush has a soft hourglass shape very similar to the Better Than Sex Too Faced brush. It did a great job separating my lashes for a natural and non-clumpy look. The only problem that I had with this formula is when I accidentally rubbed my eye it left behind quite a large smudge. It also has some fallout, but honestly a negligible amount. That being said, I actually prefer mascara that is not waterproof for everyday because it is easier to remove which is very important to me. Now that I am middle aged I want to avoid tugging on the delicate skin around my eyes as much as possible. I received this as part of an educational promotion.

Great first impression!

So I received both the regular and the waterproof size up mascara. I’m a waterproof mascara girly and I loved this one more. It applied so nice, with just one coat my lashes gained volume and curl (my eyelashes are short and straight). I personally did not experience any clumping or flaking with this mascara, though if it helps, there was a little flaking with the waterproof one. I love that this product is vegan and it comes in a mini size so you can keep it in your purse for reapplication throughout the day. (Product was received as part of an educational promotion.)

Great volume!

I was given the opportunity to sample this mascara. I hesitate with any mascaras as most leave me looking like a raccoon, but this did not. It provided much length and volume to my lashes which I desperately need. My only gripe is it was hard to wash off. Other than that I really like the mascara.

Size Up Mascara

I tried Love Your Lift mascara and loved it, so I was really curious to try Size Up. I started with the waterproof version, which worked well for me, my lashes don’t hold a curl unless I use waterproof formulas. I was excited to try both, but between the two, this one ended up being my least favorite. It feels more hydrating than the waterproof, but my lashes just didn’t keep their curl. The wand is on the larger side, great for definition, no clumping, but it does make smudging a bit easier. If you already have naturally lifted lashes, I think you’d really enjoy this. For me, I’ll be sticking with the waterproof version, especially going into the summer months. Still a good mascara, just not the best fit for my lashes.

Great volume, but takes a bit of care to apply

This size up volumizing mascara is easy to build volume without getting messy. It definitely adds noticeable thickness to my lashes, and the hold is strong enough that I need a proper makeup remover at night. I do notice a bit of smudging by the afternoon, but that happens to me with most mascaras (probably because my eye area gets oily). The tube is quite large. While you get a lot of product, I personally prefer a smaller, more compact size. The wand is also on the thicker side, and I usually prefer a slimmer wand for more precise application. Overall, it’s great for volume, just takes a little extra control during application. I received this product as part of an educational promotion.
