Light and hydrating

Babor Regeneration the cure gel cream is lightweight and felt silky on the skin. It made my skin very smooth and it worked under makeup. I didn't experience any adverse reaction from it. The dispensing pump looks elegant! I am taking one star off because I had to use another cream on top of it because it is just too light for my combination skin. It'll be perfect during hot weather, though.

So good for combo skin

I have acne, prone combination skin that definitely does trend more towards the oily side and the gel cream has been fantastic prior to any makeup I put on. It does not peel at all in. It does feel very hydrating for my skin. At first, it feels a bit greasy, but it actually dries down very beautifully and not in a taught way.

Good quality

I have been using this gel cream for the past 2 weeks and it’s making my face so smooth and velvety. You do need to put a layer of moisturizer on top of it because if you d, it will be a little dry. It works fine for n my e though.

Lightweight, potent smell but works!

Very thin cream, doesn’t make skin feel super hydrated, smell is very unpleasant. but since using it my skin I will say my skin does look calm and not irritated. Definitely absorbs quick and doesn’t feel heavy. I do love that it’s free of silicones and parabens. Have not had any breakouts since using this cream.

A luxury light gel cream that moisturizes, revital

From my experience, this cream is a fairly complete treatment if you are looking for regeneration + light hydration with visible progressive results. Performance It feels like a highend product from the first use. Its formula with botanical extracts and panthenol helps to improve the texture of the skin, providing hydration and a revitalizing effect. With constant use, the skin looks more luminous, balanced and with better elasticity. It is especially good for tired skin or with the first signs of aging. I recommend it for combination to normal skin, or even oily that seeks hydration without heaviness. If you have very sensitive skin or with a damaged barrier, it may not be the best option because of its revitalizing approach. Application The packaging is elegant, typical of a professional skincare brand. It gives a feeling of luxury and dermatological laboratory. However, it may feel more classic than modern for some people (it is not the most "instagrammable", but it is very professional). This is one of its strengths: gel cream texture light, fresh and quickly absorbed. Leaves the skin hydrated but without greasy feeling, ideal for warm or humid climates.

So worth giving a shot

I’ve been using the REGENERATION The Cure Gel Cream from BABOR and I’m honestly impressed with how lightweight yet effective it is. The gel-cream texture feels incredibly refreshing on the skin and absorbs quickly without leaving any greasy residue, which makes it perfect for both day and night use. This is a lightweight gel cream that blends into my skin easily. It is perfect for combination dry and oily skin. I look forward to using this gel cream in the warmer months.

My skin is definitely “in need of regeneration” and I enjoyed this gel cream from Babor. It’s too soon to notice any real results but in the meantime I like the texture and hygienic pump mechanism (rather than a pot of cream). My main gripe is that it’s a tiny amount of product - 50ml/1.69oz - and a lot of plastic. At the price point I’d want more product and preferably more sustainable packaging.

Works On My Mother’s Skin

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to use it because it contains cetyl alcohol, an ingredient that triggers fungal acne on my forehead. I previously experienced fungal acne from another face lotion that also contained cetyl alcohol, so I chose not to risk using this one. Instead, I gave the product to my mother to try. She applied it to her face and neck and shared her experience with me. She said it helped relieved dry tightness and made her skin feel softer, smoother, and more supple. She also noticed that her skin felt more hydrated and that the fine lines on her face and neck appeared less visible. In particular, she felt it reduced the appearance of lines on her neck. Based on her experience, she would recommend this product.

Great cream

This is a great addition to my nightly skincare routine for days when I’m not feeling my absolute best and need a spa like feeling. The texture of this gel cream is so soft and it feels luxurious when I work it into my skin. The scent is sort of citrusy with a hint of bergamot I think, very excited to always smell it! It’s not overwhelming or something that would become irritating. Since using this cream my skin seem more glowy, my skin texture isn’t as visible as before so I’m definitely happy about that.

Nice calming gel cream

I love Babor and was so excited to receive this gel cream with plant extracts! My skin is pretty sensitive and this felt so calm and cooling. After using retinol this is perfect for my skin barrier. I absolutely will keep using. Definitely recommend for those with sensitive skin

Gentle hydration

I was really excited about this product — and while I think it’s good, I don’t think the value is there unless you’re looking for a super light cream (which is great when it’s warmer out!) I’ve been applying it in the morning, and while it helps with evening out my skin texture and layers nicely under makeup, I don’t feel like the benefits are substantial enough. This could be for you if you’re looking for a light, soothing, clean cream that smells lovely — but if you’re looking for anything a bit heavier duty, you may want to look elsewhere.
