Bought for my eczema prone sensitive skin in hopes of replacing the rosehip oil I’d been using that was staining my pillowcases. For my skin this was just a normal moisturizer- I still felt like I needed more after a couple of hours.

Skin Breakout after usage

I have purchased many FAB products before and experienced successful results up until using this product. I originally spot-tested on my wrist and found there to be no issue whatsoever, so I tried the product on my face. In fairness, I personally must be allergic to a particular ingredient in this product as I have never experienced such a bad breakout from any other FAB skincare product that I’ve owned before. I’m disappointed with this product because the aftermath has been hard to deal with as my skin is completely red and has been peeling consistently + I have been experiencing a burning sensation occasionally over the past week when washing my face.

Saved me!

Must have (especially for winter months). I started using this after I got a little too exfoliant and retinol happy, silly me. I love everything about this from the packaging to the application. A thick and nourish cream that does not sit on your skin and leave a greasy gilt like others do. Just buy it!

Amazing, should be required if you use Rx retinol!

I’ve used it for a couple weeks now and am super impressed. I am 41, have combo skin and am using this to repair the retinuglies- super dry patches, peeling skin, etc. that come with starting prescription strength retinol. This cream hasn’t made the oily bits worse and it hasn’t given me any acne. It *has* been the one and only moisturizer that finally, truly, hydrated my skin. It’s easily absorbable and you only use a little bit- it goes along way. It treats and protects thanks to the dimethicone in it. I’ve even used it on my 5 year old after a nasty cold when he got that irritated skin around his nose from blowing so much. Worked like a charm. I live in New England and the dry frigid air is brutal on my skin at baseline. I just started the retinol a few weeks ago and I almost quit until I found this lotion. I’ve tried every other major brand, derm recommended, trendy, practical….this outperforms them all, by a mile.

Made my skin peel

Every time I used this product, my skin peeled off around my nose and cheeks. At first, I thought maybe it was just the super dry skin coming off, but it just kept on happening for a weeks and weeks.

The packaging rusts inside

I’ve been using this for just under a month and love the consistency of the cream. I bought it because it was supposed to be good for sensitive skin/rosacea, however my skin seemed to get more irritated as I continued to use it. This morning I noticed that the inside of the tube is rusty which I’m assuming is why my skin has been so irritated after using this product. I will be returning and choosing a different product with better packaging.

Does not pill on top of Retin-A (tretinoin) gel

This layers really well on top of Retin-A (tretinoin) gel. I have tried so many others that pill on top but this one does not.

Didn't care for

I'm surprised I didn't like this product but I didn't find it to be hydrating at all. I have a few other barrier creams/balms that are extremely hydrating and I expected a lot more from this product.

Feels great on my hands and feet

I run and my feet were really dry and cracking. I have been using this at night and it has made a big difference. I also like it on my hands. They really feel much softer and I do not find it greasy. I received a sample and then bought the full size.

Break outs

Broke me out. I really loved the texture and smooth it was, it was also lightweight. I wish it didn’t break me out.

working in healthcare, my hands are extremely dry and sensitive. I love the thick texture and that it's hypoallergenic.
