So drying

So disappointed in this! I liked the smell at first but found it a bit overwhelming after a while. And this shampoo dries my hair out completely. My hair is not soft after using this at all- it’s super dry and flag.

Brightens highlights, doesn’t weigh down fine hair

Fine highlighted hair, daily washer. My highlights were over-processed by a previous stylist so the ends were dry, frizzy and tangling easily, especially after blow-drying. Heavy or very moisturizing shampoos usually weigh my hair down, but clarifying ones make it rough and hard to detangle. I’ve been using this shampoo and conditioner together for about a month, washing daily and shampooing twice each time. The shampoo lathers well (not squeaky clean) and rinses easily. After the first couple of washes my hair felt smoother when wet and easier to comb, and after few washes I noticed less frizz at the ends and my highlights started looking brighter instead of dull. Conditioner has enough slip that I can detangle in the shower without needing a leave-in. My hair still needs heat protectant and a round brush to look polished, but it now feels softer and reflects light better instead of looking dry. I think this would work best for fine or medium hair that is highlighted or slightly damaged and needs smoothing without heaviness. If your hair is very coarse or very dry you might want something richer because this is more hydrating than deeply repairing. Downside: price is high and I suspect I will run out of the shampoo faster than the conditioner. Overall, this improved smoothness and shine for me without flattening my hair, so I would repurchase.

Smells good - But need extra moisture

It smells amazing and feels luxurious while washing. However, it leaves my hair a bit frizzy and dry if I don’t follow up with a good conditioner or hair mask. Considering how pricey it is, I expected better smoothness. Nice scent, but definitely needs extra moisture after use.

New shower staple

I’ve been using this for a few months along with the conditioner and hair oil from this line. My hair has changed so much - so healthy looking, thick and glossy. I was initially drawn in by the packaging but staying for results

This shampoo is gentle yet very effective. It cleanses my hair really well without stripping it or leaving it dry. Absolutely loved it.

Loved it! Hands down, the best product I’ve bought in years. I’ve tried several Kérastase lines, and this one is by far the best for controlling frizz. Hair feels smoother, healthier, and way more manageable.

Extremely disappointed

Left my hair feeling drier and coarse. I’ve never used this product line before. I’ll give it a few more weeks. This far I’ve been severely disappointed. I’ve ended up with very dry coarse hair that looks damaged, it even smells more like an over scented perfume then a clean product.

i purchased the shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in conditioner with heat protection back in July for a vacation. i didn’t have a great experience with this set. for one, the scent is so strong. it smells like giving my hair a bath in perfume, and the scent lingers for days. it’s highly nauseating and unpleasant. furthermore, i have fine hair, and i purchased this to help with frizz. it doesn’t tame my frizz at all, and my scalp is left feeling more dry and itchy than it already is. definitely one of my most regretful purchases last year.
