Heartbroken!

Bought the travel sizes for going on holiday and in the set of three was the bonding pre shampoo!!I have literally used this product 4 times and my scalp was left feeling itchy and a burning feeling,my hair started falling out in clumps and I have nearly lost all my hair.I am absolutely heart broken!I put my money and faith in to purchasing quality hair products which were highly recommended by my hairdresser!!!I really would not recommend this product to anybody!!!!🚩🚩🚩🚩

Sure this is not my shampoo

I believe product is not bad, but for me it didn’t work, got allergy from it (I bought pre shampoo shampoo and conditioner) but unfortunately after 3 weeks using my scalp became itchy and dry, I still didn’t realise that it is from this particular range of shampoo and after my hair started to fall in clamps ( it is scary, as it will take me long time to heal them and grow back what has fallen out. My advice if you experience itchiness discontinue it immediately, do not wait. Damage is horrible

I already use Kérastase products with pleasure and I wanted to try this product, I hope I get good results.🎀

MUST HAVE. WHEN USED PROPERLY

All these 1 star reviews are why premier brands shouldn’t be available to the general population without a hair stylists education on how to actually use, how to actually wash your hair, care for your scalp and hair. This product when used properly is out of this world like all kerastase products. They are results driven and you need to use them properly

Love this product, worth the splurge as it’s huge. Product itself smells great and works as a great (yet imo gentler) detoxifying prewash, and the colour of the water coming off your hair will shock you 😭 had no problems, hair was smooth and sleek per usual wjilst using and never experienced any issues

Didn't See Any Difference

With how pricey this brand is and having to purchase the line for it to actually work properly is very disappointing when you see no results. Returned everything I bought. Not to mention the scent of was SO over powering I couldn't breathe when showering. Wasn't too fond of the smell either and I LOVE products with fragrances.

Not worth the price

Overpriced pre shampo. Color wow does a much better job and cheaper. When I went to salon and they used it on my hair it was quite dreamy but maybe what salon uses is different all I can tell is i dont feel a huge change

Will make your hair feel rough

This made my hair feel rough straw like same for the shampoo . Get the masque instead it absorbs very fast and leaves the hair soft

Smells off, stripped colour not my thing

I only used the product three times I just couldn't get by the smell. I read the reviews and purchased all three and by far not cheap. Most of the reviews are from people who got this item from Top Box I paid cash. The pre-wash made my hair feel like straw understandable it is stripping my hair but it stripped my colour as well, the shampoo did not lather very well and being the bottle is so small for the cost you do not want to use a lot of product, the conditioner was okay but again I did not see a huge difference or any after the third use and just couldn't get over the smell. Honestly, I wonder if people paid full price for the product and did not get it a trial box if they would still give it such high ratings. I know you get what you pay for but in this case I don't think that I did. I will not be purchasing it again.

Great results
