great texture, not sure on results yet

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] i think this product has a really nice texture and is almost in between a serum and a moisturizer, which i like as sometimes serums can get too thin and watery. this has a bit more body to it and doesn’t run all over the place. it doesn’t dry down and feel sticky at all and leaves no residue. i haven’t however had long enough to really see retinol results as i have hear some people say that can take 3-6 months to see! i do love the texture though and feel it also adds some hydration and isn’t irritating which is really nice for a retinol. i’d recommend trying it if you’re in the market for a new serum and are interested in retinol!

Gentle for Roseca-with smooth results and minimal

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Finding a retinol that works with permanent rosacea is a journey, but I'm impressed with this Fab retinol serum. I followed a specific routine using a cream cleanser, mild hydrating toner, the retinol serum ,hydrating essence, eye cream, and a heavier moisturizer thinned out with essence. In the serum photo the texture is creamy, lightweight, and non-greasy. (After skin care P1 )shows my skin right after the final step; it felt flushed and hot for a small amount of time with some mild itchiness. In (After Skincare P2) about 5 minutes later ,the reaction settled as it was absorbed. The next day photo shows the results: my skin is incredibly smooth, though I do have some mild dryness I also had some very mild purging with a few tiny, barely noticeable blemishes on the cheek that weren't painful or inflamed. I only use this at night and always follow up with a sensitive sunscreen during the day to protect the progress it's effective yet general enough for those who usually have to be careful with retinol's and my skin feels incredibly soft and not irritated.

Gentle and effective

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I have seen a change in my skin during perimenopause, with blemishes (and subsequent dark marks) approximately a week after my period. This cream has helped those marks begin to fade relatively quickly. Admittedly, I need to improve on my sunscreen use, because I'm sure I'd see much better impact. I did not have additional skin issues using this products. It seemed to be very gentle. I would continue to use this!

A must-have in my beauty routine

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The Ultra Repair Retinol Serum only have 0.3% retinol, good for beginner, and it doesn’t feel too harsh on the skin. I have been using it and I really like the results. My skin feels smoother, looks healthier, and more refresh. Overall, a great option if you want to improve skin texture and achieve a more youthful glow.

Amazing product!!

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I have never heard of product line so I was super excited to try it out. My first impression was great it's a lotion type serum not the gel kind. I loved how smooth and effortless application was. It absorbed quickly on my skin. From the first application I noticed improvements even on my pores on my cheeks; seemed smaller. The fine wrinkles were incredibly less noticeable after about 2 weeks of daily night time use. There's no scent or fragrance making it perfect for sensitive skins. I definitely see myself adding this product to my night time skin care routine.

Yesss great for starters

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Obsessed. It works! I’m used to retinols but this I loved since it didn’t overly dry my skin at all nor did I get any negative reaction from it. I love the ingredient list, the texture is amazing since it’s not greasy at all and quickly absorbs. I also love how I can’t detect any fragrance in it. I think it’s great for sensitive, young, and even mature skin. I will say I don’t think it works as potent and strong as going to a derm and getting prescribed tretinoin but hey…it still works! It’s a yes!

Luxurious, hydrating with a glowing effect

I had the opportunity to try the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Retinol Serum. I used it consistently for about 2 weeks and I really loved it. My skin ends to be very dry, especially in the winter and this serum helped a lot with hydration. It contains a very low percentage of retinol, which should be tolerable for any type of skin. I had no skin sensitivity or irritations while using it. The serum has a luxurious, hydrating and has this glowing effect. It really helped to prep my skin along with my moisturizer. In my opinion, it will be best for dry or combination skin. I really enjoyed it and it will be perfect for the retinol first-timers, since the concentration is very gentle. Great eye retinol!

I don’t smell any fragrance on this product and the texture is in between gel-like and cream. I have milia problems and retinol helps pop them. This one did. Not all but some. It tends to dry out your undereyes so it’s good to top it with a little eye serum or moisturizer or even eye spf for sun protection. It makes your skin peel. It’s good amount of retinol in there. It’s also hygienic the way they package it and easy to dispense. I only use mine pm because it’s pretty strong and my skin is sensitive. It does help better your fine lines too. This is a great eye retinol.

Satisfied again

I’m always a fan of First Aid Beauty, and this Ultra Repair Retinol Serum lives up to my expectations from this brand. I love the fact that there’s no scent and it’s easily absorbable and lightweight. My sensitive skin tolerates it great.

gentle yet effective

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I have been using this retinol serum for about a month, a few times a week. I mainly use it on my chest. I have to say, I have noticed a significant improvement of appearance in that area. I was using another brand of retinol prior with the same percent active ingredient,and the FAB is much more gentle on my skin. It also cleared up some redness and texture Issues I was having. I love that this product has little to no scent.

Never dries

I was so hoping to love this product! I have never tried this brand before but I have heard a lot about it. The packaging is great. The bottle itself is heavy and nice. The pump works well and pumps out the right amount. The consistency of the product is great and is easy to apply. There isn't really any scent to the prodcut. The issue I have, is the product never seems to dry. Even over an hour later my face was moist and almost oily. I have never experienced a product like this. I was afraid the product was going to transfer to surfaces I would touch so I eventually had to wash my face to remove it. The product has almost an oily feel to it when you apply it. It is difficult to describe but I definitely don't recommend it.
